We Retail Electronics for home and car accessories, Cell Phone products & services. We also offer Internet servics to lower the cost of the products for our customers.
We also work in association with a number of companies and merchants to bring you quality products at the lowest possible prices in our Retail Store and the Internet.

1. If product or products are damaged in shipping you have 15 days to inform the shipping company of the damage items. This will generate an insurance claim to pay for the damaged items. Takes normally 10 business days to get insurance claims paid. This will happen after your claim has been submitted to the shipper.

2. Products that are defective when received in shipping from DRAGON AUDIO. have a thirty-day return policy unless otherwise stated. All products that are defective will be replace and sent back to you. All products have a one-year manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated.

3. There are always special cassias and they will be handled on a individual basis.
